These terms apply to your use of sjeandco.com. By using this website you accept them. They don't cover bookings: every booking is governed by our separate client terms and conditions, which we send you with your quote and which you agree to before a booking is confirmed.

Information on this website

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, including talent profiles, credits and availability. It is provided for general information only. It isn't an offer to supply, and talent availability and fees are confirmed only in a written quote.

Talent profiles and content

The names, photos, videos, biographies and testimonials on this site are used with permission. All content, including text, design, images, video and the SJE & Co name and logo, belongs to us or to the talent and partners who have allowed us to use it. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Enquiries and applications

Submitting an enquiry or a roster application doesn't create a booking or an agreement to represent you. A booking is confirmed only when both parties have agreed our client terms and conditions in writing. Roster applications are reviewed at our discretion.

Links to other sites

This site links to services we don't control, such as Google Forms and YouTube. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We don't guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
